Hi, I noticed that the TypeScript declaration for useThrottle was missing the default value for the delay parameter.
In the JavaScript implementation index.js, the function sets delay = 500 by default, but this was not reflected in the .d.ts file.
This PR updates the type definition accordingly to ensure type correctness. Let me know if you have any feedback! 😊
